Tylon readymix plaster (TRP) is water resistant polymerized drymix mortar. It is a redimix cement plaster with high quality polymer additives. It is used for plastering on walls made of red bricks, fly ash bricks, Concrete blocks & AAC blocks both on inner and outer surfaces, TRP gives even surface to the walls on which Tilling can be faster & efficient.

Application

Surface Preparation:

▸Clean the surface from dust, loose particles for effective binding
▸All Joint should be properly filled
▸Apply one coat of cement Slurry before Plastering for better adhesive

Application of Method:

▸Prepare the plaster by mixing 7-8 litres of water per 40 kg bag.
▸For better results use electrical stirrer
▸Mixing should done for 5-10 minutes depending on the speed of mixing equipment. Rest the mixture for 5 minutes and mix it once again just before use
▸Mixing ratio should be correct of water & TRP , for the best results
▸Its very important that always add TRP in water and not the other way around
▸Pre-wetting is very important before application
▸Apply the mixture within 1 hour of preparation mix
▸Always mix prepare full bag or its multiple at a time
▸TRP should be applied manually using trowel. Care should be taken that it does not have direct exposure to sunlight, wind & rain during application
▸The TRP can also be manually mixed \ prepared in the absence of mechanical mixer

Precautions:

▸Avoid contact with eyes, in case of contact, splash immediately with running water for at least 15 mints
