Application Instructions
Surface Preparation:
Before commencing to grouting the bed must be set. The joints must be clean of all adhesive residue, dust or debris. Lightly sponge the tile
surface to remove dust & dirt. Do not clean tiles with acid cleaners. In case acid cleaners were used, ensure to wash the area with plenty of water before Commencing to grouting.
Mixing:
Shake the bottle of Part “A” & Part “B”. in a Clean mixing vessel empty entire contents of part A & B and mix until liquids are completely blended. Slowly add the required amount of Part “C” filler powder and mix until uniform color is achieved. Immediately poor entire contents of mixed grout on to working area.
Aplication:
Using a plastic/metal sheets. compact the Typoxy grout into the joints ensuring that they are completely filled. Remove as much excess material as possible before initial cleaning with grouts float. Do not leave excess grout on the face of tiles /stone. Clean the surface with water & soap solution to remove excess grout.
Cleaning:
Tools & Containers should be cleaned using walls when the grout is still fresh.
TYPOXY has a shelf life of 24 months when stored in normal dry conditions.
