Elasto

Is a bluish-white elastic liquid admixture to get the strongest elastic bond to all surfaces. Elasto has the strength to meet the ultimate use of vetrified tiles for interior & exterior when mixed with adhesive improved the adhesion to all the substrates.

Application

Preparations

All the surfaces to be applied by Elasto should be free from dust, oil, grease, paints, wax etc. Cement surfaces must be checked priorly in terms of shrinkage. Surfaces that are under direct sun exposure should be cooled by water. All Surface should be sufficiently hard & clean. Gypsum boards & plywood boards must be always treated with Elasto- as a primer coat.

Preparing the Mix

When Diluted with water blend small quantity of Elasto & water. Then mix the remaining portion & blend all together on a slow speed using a mechanical stirrer. mix until it forms into a smooth paste free of lumps. Let the mixture rest for a while & then proceed with the further application.

Spreading

For applying the mixture on the desired surface spread the mixture using a notched trowel. Notched side of the trowel gives an adequate buttering Use the required amount of mixture & immediately use the notched trowel for the perfect thickness. Make sure that the mixture is uniformly spread on the back of tiles for the strongest adhesion.

Tiles Installation of Grouting

While installing the tiles make sure that the tiles are clean. spread the layer of adhesive on the back of tiles avoiding gaps and vacuum. wall grouting can be started after 8 hours & floor joints after 24 hours with tylon Cementious or epoxy grout available with variety of shades.

Ready to use

Floor are set to light foot traffic after 30 hours.
