Tylon Infinite is a ready to use two component thin set adhesive for fixing/ pasting all types of tiles and stones on verity of surface / including metal surfaces & dry walls.

Where to use

Indoor and Outdoor fixing of all types of tiles, stones, mosaics on wall & floor.

▸Drywall surfaces like gypsum, plywood, chipboard, MDF.
▸Cementitious surfaces like screeds / plasters, existing floors, concrete wall.

Application Procedure

A ) Preparing the surface

▸For dry wall / other surface :-
Surface must be clean and free from dust & loose particles. For metallic surface, remove paint & rust . use a wire brush if required.
▸Ensure that surface is flat and stable.

B ) For Cementitious surface

▸Surface must be cured, structurally strong free from oil, dirt, grease and paint.
▸EUneven concrete surfaces should be made in level/even.

Mixing

The two components of Tylon Infinite are applied in ready to mix cans.
Part A – White, 92 by parts by weight
Part B – Yellowish, 8 by parts by weight

The ratio of Part A & Part B is fixed and any modification could cause incorrect hardening of the product. Pour the component B into component A and mix well until a uniform paste.

▸Mix for 3 -5 minutes using a slow speed electric stirrer.
▸No water to be added or to the mix.
▸Apply to the surface a uniform layer of Tylon Infinite with notched trowel to a thickness of at least 2 mm.
▸Apply only the quantity of adhesive, what can be tiled within 30 minutes.
▸Double battering is recommended for heavier stones.

Installing The Tiles

▸Tile / stone must be dry.
▸Fix the tile firmly into the Tylon Infinite with a slight sliding, to ensure a good and uniform contact.
▸In wet, external areas and all floors, the final adhesive bed should be free from voids.
