It serves purpose of tile on tile application.

Specifications subject to change without notification. Results shown are typical but reflect test procedures used. Actual field performance will depend on installation methods and site conditions.

Coverage Approx. 50 Sft per 20 Kg pack, using 1/4͟ x 1/4͟ (6mm x 6mm) square notched trowel for a bed of 3mm.

Coverage will vary depending on trowel notch size, type and size of tile and substrate smoothness and evenness.

Mixing:

Place clean, potable water into a clean mixing bowl. Add PRIDE + powder into the mixing bowl. Use approximately 6.8 Ltrs. of water for 20 kg of powder.
Mix by hand or with a slow speed mixer to a smooth, trowelable consistency. Allow adhesive to slake for 5 minutes. Adjust consistency if necessary. Remix and apply with the proper sized notched trowel.

FLOOROWALL

WALL / FLOOR TILE ADHESIVE

Tylon Floorowall is a single component adhesive with superior level of adhesion and defoam ability. It provides adhesion not only for floors but also on walls. It has a high resistance power for homogeneous tiles. The strong point of Floorowall lies not only in excellent result but also in the superiority of its conception.

CLASSIFICATION IN COMPLIANCE WITH ISO 13007-1

Floorowall is a normal (1) cementitious (C) adhesive of class C1.

WHERE TO USE

Internal bonding of ceramic tiles and mosaics, single-fired and double-fired tiles for floors, wall.

PACKAGING

Floorowall is supplied in white and grey 20 kg bags.

STORAGE

Floorowall can be stored 12 months in a normal environment in original packaging.

SET TO LIGHT FOOT TRAFFIC

Floors are set to light foot traffic after approx 24 hours.

VITROWALL

LARGE FORMAT TILE ADHESIVE

Specially formulated to establish high strength bonds to dense, nonporous body of vetrified tiles Tiles being of larger sizes and thoroughly of dense material are heavier, Tylon adhesive meets the need of high shear bond strength for both flooring and wall applications.

CLASSIFICATION IN COMPLIANCE WITH AS ISO 13007-1

Vitrowall is a C2T class cementitious (C), improved (2), slip resistant (T) adhesive.

DESCRIPTION

Vitrowall is ideal for use in interior and exterior floor and wall applications for most types of tiles and natural stone (not moisture-sensitive) onto rigid surfaces. Contains a very low VOC content that can contribute valuable points towards Green Star™ credits in compliance with the Green Building Council of Australia.

WHERE TO USE

Bonding ceramic mosaics on paper or mesh or most types of ceramic tiles (quarry tiles, single fired and klinker tiles) on:

  • ▸Ordinary concrete slabs or suspended concrete slabs completely cured and stable
  • ▸Conventional renders or cement mortar walls
  • ▸Spot bonding of insulating materials such as expanded polystyrene, expanded polyurethane, rock and glass wool, wood-cement and sound-deadening panels

COVERAGE

A 20 kg bag will cover approximately 6 to 7.5 m2 using a 6 x 6 x 6 mm square-notched trowel and 4 to 5 m2 using a 10 x 10 x 10 mm square-notched trowel.

Vitrowall is available in Grey 20 kg bags.

STORAGE

12 months when stored in a dry, elevated area in the original unopened packaging.

GRANOSTONE

microflex stone ADHESIVE

Specially formulated to establish very high strength bond to non- absorbing granite stone surfaces at wall application. It consists high compressive strength, high shock and impact resistance.

Granostone is an improved (2) slip resistant (T) cementitious adhesive (C) with extended open time (E) of class C2TE.

CLASSIFICATION IN COMPLIANCE WITH IS 15477: 2019

Granostone is a high-performance cementitious adhesive of Type 3T.

Interior and exterior bonding of ceramic, vitrified tiles porcelain, stone materials and mosaics of every type on floors, walls and ceilings.
